  1. Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.
  2. All cheques should be made payable to the Ladner Business Association
  3. All payments must be received by July 15, 2018

Warning: There is a zero tolerance for Violent or Abusive behaviour.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone

 
 

Vehicle Registration Form

Pre-Register before August 15th, 2018. Cost for pre-registration is $25.00 per vehicle. Please note that only the first 150 pre-registered vehicles will receive a goody bag. You will receive a phone call or email to confirm. No letters are being sent out. Register Day of Show for $25.00 - cash only. Entry - 7:30 am to 10:00 am. Gates close at 10:00 a.m. Day of show vehicles will receive a dash plaque.

 

Quilt Walk Registration

Please refer to the online form using the button link for further entry instructions. Entry Fee is $3 per quilt and is due when you deliver your quilt - all proceeds go to Delta Hospital Foundation. Food Vendor Application

Food Truck Vendor Space starts at $100.00 for a 10' x 10' space. Depending on the size of your vehicle/stand, you may be required to purchase additional space. More information found on Online Form. Please also provide a copy of your current Fraser Health Operating Permit.

 

Retail Vendor Application

Vendor Space: standard 10' x 10' starts at $75.00. If your display is larger, you will be required to purchase additional space. In order to help organize the event, please provide the dimensions of your display and power requirements.More information found on Online Form.

 

Sponsorship Application

Thank you for considering the LBA’s Quilt Walk and Car Show for your promotion and support.

Presenting, Supporting & Partner Sponsors should send in your application before May 1st, 2018 for maximum social media exposure. Any sponsor needing to supply a company logo, please email logo to info@ladnerbusiness.com

Please Note:

  1. Vendor space is limited- space will be assigned by date application received
  2. Logos must be supplied by the sponsor
  3. Sponsors must supply their own tables, chairs & tents for their vendor space, power will not be supplied.
  4. All Cheques Payable to Ladner Business Association
  5. All payments must be received by June 15th, 2018
  6. To allow time for processing, products/prizes must be in before July 15th, 2018
 

Pageant Info & Form

Welcome to the 2018 Quilt Walk & Car Show Pin-Up Pageant page! This year's pageant will be presented by Billie’s Barbershop and Bobby Pinz Beauty Parlour and hosted by Dixie Delight and Veronica Belle. Our goal is to have a fun pageant for everyone involved. This year the pageant will take place on Sunday August the 19th. The pageant will be open to the FIRST 10 registered ladies, ages 18 and over. Registration will open on May 25th, 2018 at 9:00am. You may download the entry form along with the required Model Release. 

Completed forms along with a BIO, must be submitted online to ladnerpinuppageant@gmail.com or at Billie’s Barbershop, if your bio requires more space please ad your own document. Address for personal delivery is 5072 48 avenue. Delta, BC V4K 1V8, commencing on May 25th, 2018 at 9:00am. Registrations will only be accepted as space permits with your bio, if your bio does accompany your registration, you will not be registered until we receive it. Registration fee is $25 and includes lunch and hot/cold beverages for the day. Registration fee will be waived if the contestant agrees to be sponsored by an LBA Business. A local business name will be pulled from a hat with along with Pin Up’s name and matched up on August 6th, 2018. Sashes will be made for each sponsoring business and the Pin Up will wear the sashes throughout the day and coordinate with their sponsoring business to help promote themselves and the business’s.
